Late, Cancellation, and Other Policies

Late Policy: Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will have their appointment canceled.

Cancellation Policy: Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a $10 fee.

No Extra Guests: Please note that no extra guests are allowed during appointments.

Rescheduling Policy: Clients are allowed to reschedule their appointment once.

No Lash Tech Workover: I do not work over other lash technicians’ work.

VIP appointments are available for an additional $20. These appointments are designed for clients needing to:

Book an earlier or later time outside my standard weekend availability

Brow Tinting Aftercare

Keep brows dry for 24 hours.

Avoid rubbing or touching the brows.

Refrain from using oil-based products near the brow area.

Use gentle face cleansers.
Eyelash Aftercare

Avoid getting lashes wet for the first 24 hours after application.

For best results, clean lashes daily with a lash cleanser.

Tip: Garnier Micellar Water is an excellent option for cleaning lashes.

Brush lashes daily.

Avoid sleeping directly on your lashes.

Do not use mascara on lash extensions.

Schedule regular fill-ins to maintain lash fullness.
